Leaden Hearts Koolkuna Australian Cotton Reusable Face Mask was inspired as a Covid-19 pandemic relief initiative.
To date (08.17.2020) there are over 23 million confirmed cases of the virus, that has lead to the reported deaths of more than 800,000 people. In an effort to slow to spread of COVID-19, & in effect give science a way to catch up, Leaden Hearts decided to make & donate reusable cotton masks to those most vulnerable to the virus; those on the front line, the elderly, carers, families with ill relatives, these are the people most at risk, & the ones most in need of our help.
Forget the politics, ignore those citing ill-formed, unfactual, half baked ideas under a guise of freedom & liberty. Science confirms that cloth face coverings are a critical tool in the fight against COVID-19, & that is the end of the argument.
Leaden Hearts Koolkuna Australian Cotton Reusable Face Masks are made from 100% pure Australian cotton, hand made by our family, &, unless requested, come black & unbranded, because help should never be conditional with promotion.
We have all done an incredible job, each doing our part to flattening the curve, & slow the spread of the virus, but the work is far from done. As governments begin tentatively easing restrictions, we need to be just as vigilante as we were when this all started. We each have a responsibility to protect ourselves, our families, & our community, that is done by looking out for each other. Your mask will protect them. Their mask will protect you. Listen to the science, & do it for the person next to you.
